Happy New Year!

 A fun and simple card to make for sending New Year cheer.

Card Base is black, the layer is white and then the top is black again.

I have a lot of different size circle punches, so I just got a bunch of metallic and glitter cardstock scraps from my stash and punched out a bunch of different circles.  A used my tape runner on some and some I used dimensional on.  

The sentiment was stamped in silver ink on black cardstock, and then layered on top of white.

The sentiment is from an old Stampin' Up! stamp set called The Snowflake Spot.
