Birthday Whimsy

 

This is a normal size card (4.25x5.5).  The card base is green with a layer of decorative paper on top.  I stamped the some of the images from the Birthday Whimsy stamp set on white.  The cake image is layered on blue and yellow paper, while I fussy cut the balloons.  I popped up 2 of the balloons with dimensional adhesive.  The sentiment was also stamped on white and then layered on green paper.

This fun card has a color palette that would work for anyone!
