Beautiful Blues on Black

 

This is actually 2 different paintings.  I liked the bottom one so much, I decided to do a bigger one.  The top on is a 16x20 canvas and the bottom one is a 10x20 canvas.  I used the Dutch Pour technique again.

The colors I used are Blue Green, Light Blue, White and Black.  Only four colors and yet it was definitely enough!  All my paints are mixed with pouring medium and water.  I do varnish all of my paintings with 3-4 coats of Polycrylic varnish.  It really brings out all the colors, and also protects the painting.
